When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from EU warehouses. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All orders above €30 are shipped for free. You'll always see the exact cost before confirming your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple- and Google Pay and local payment methods including iDEAL for Dutch customers or Bancontact in Belgium.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package in real time.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. EU customers also benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it may already be in processing. Contact us as soon as possible at support@unitediscount.com.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within 2-4 business days across Europe. Delivery times may vary to 4-7 business days depending on your country and the supplier's location.
